Just what I was looking for! I'm introducing Yoga to my grand-daughters and we are having such fun together. Good illustrations and instructions.
I’m in my 3rd season of teaching family/kids yoga. This book was great for refueling my ideas for games and activities to keep students of all ages engaged! The chapters on poses are basic for any beginners as well and I think teachers could also benefit by incorporating many of the concepts into any classroom! You don’t always know what you’re getting when ordering a book without seeing it and I’m happy to say this was a very pleasant surprise!
